  • All bookings must be made through our website, email, WhatsApp or by phone.
  • A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us via email or SMS.
  • We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments at our discretion.
  • We offer discounts for repeat bookings and referrals

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ noticeis required for commercial cleaning to cancel or reschedule a booking.
  • Cancellations (domestic and commercial) with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject toa £20and £50 cancellation fee respectively.
  • In the case of no access to the property at the scheduled time, the full service fee will apply.

  • We accept bank transfer and cash.
  • Late payments (domestic and commercial) may incur a £20 and £50 administration fee per reminder issued respectively.
